Text wrapping H3 around an image

  • Hi,

    Can anyone help please. I am using Twenty Ten theme and I want to write all the text in H3 as paragraph is too small (targeting 50+ age group and tested my site. All said font too small.)

    So I changed all my text to H3 which they said was easier to read but now my images won’t wrap as they did when the paragraph font was used.

    Please can anyone either tell me how to wrap H3 text or how to make the paragraph font bigger?

    Also please keep it simple as this is my first site and my head is about to explode as it is!

  • Hi sophieh, Sorry, but changing the text to h3 is not a good idea.
    I hope that there isn’t too much content for you to change back.

    The easier solution would be to make a child theme of twentyten and make the paragraph text bigger.

    Thanks so much for replying but “Oh ****!” Please excuse me but only the whole site which I have spent a day putting into H3. Can you explain why not please?

    If it is not a good idea I am happy to follow good advice. Think I might take a break first!

    Well it doesn’t really make much sense to have a whole site full of h3. H3 are meant to be for headings not content. I guess it doesn’t really matter, but it’s just not right.

    Anyway, why don’t you give us a link to your site where the image is not working and we can see if we can find a solution.

    Thanks Christine. I really appreciate the help. I think you are right and it doesn’t make sense. I am going to follow your first advice and see if I can change the font size. I want this site to look good so I better get it right from the start.

    So please don’t waste your time as it will wrap in paragraph just not in H￡. I will shout if I get lost making the chikd theme.
