text wrapping around image and file upload

    Hi all,
    Could somebody please help me out with this?
    1.In my postings, i would like to have the text wrap around an image (like how you do in word). Is that possible?
    2. I wish i could have a page, like contact us-wherein the users can directly send email to me with file attachment facility.

    Pleas help me out.
