..but it is working nice in Outlook on the Mac.

Setings of the plugin shows: Image Left Text Wraps
But it is only working in macs outlook and most clioents, but not windows outlook.
    Any experience with this?

Image wrap (float:left;) is working nice in most clients, preview from mailchimp and outlook for Mac. But when opened in Outlook for Windows (wind7 and win8) “Text wrap around image” (float:left;) is not working at all.

Winddows Outlook shows the image and at the bottom right of the image the text beginns. -WRONG-

Mac Outlook shows the image and the text beginns at the top right corner of the image, so the text wrappes around the image. -RIGHT-

Anyone experienced this before and able to help?

    Thanks!

  • I’m also seeing a text wrap problem with Gmail on Mac desktops. When I preview email campaigns in Mailchimp, the text also fails to wrap, printing through the image instead. A refresh sets it back to normal, but that’s not doing me any good on the newsletters, where readers see the error.

The problem is not showing up on Gmail with my PC running Windows 7.

It looks like you would need to add custom CSS for Outlook specifically, here’s a Mailchimp post with more info on Outlook CSS:

    https://templates.mailchimp.com/development/css/outlook-conditional-css/

We use the text wrap on our newsletters, and it looks ok in Gmail (Mac and PC – Chrome browser), I’d troubleshoot the actual code, and see if there’s custom CSS or an extension causing issues? Perhaps there’s a specific Safari CSS issue, we can troubleshoot that more if need be, and perhaps add custom CSS options available in the plugin in the future.
