Text widget no long has visual editor?

WordPress 5.8 introduced the Block-based widgets editor, which allows users to add blocks to their widget areas using the familiar block editor interface.

If you wish to opt out of this feature and restore the classic widgets editor, you may install and activate the Classic Widgets plugin.
