text widget is not showing up on blog section of my site

Hello-

I created an email sign up form in the text widget of my sidebar. It’s showing up on my other pages, but not on the “blog” page where I want it to show up the most. (I actually want it to appear on every page but the home page) Any suggestions on how to fix this?
