Text Widget Disappears from admin but shows on site

I mistakenly added the code for Facebook Fan Page widget as a text widget, saved it and viewed site, realized needed re-sizing, but when I went back to widget edit page on admin that text widget was not in the side bar list, or anywhere else on the admin page, so I can’t fix it or even drag it out to remove it. How can I find the widget and remove it?
