• Hello,

My client set up AWS for WordPress on their website years ago and it has been working as expected.

Suddenly last week they noticed that the player on post pages was not working for some posts. I took a look and noticed that the audio element’s src property value was “unknown”. They are using Amazon S3 for their audio file storage.

It seemed that the issue was resolved if the post was updated (re-saved), as the audio file src resolved after taking this action. However, for some posts, the audio file is again missing and the audio player is not working.

    Here are Text-to-Speech Settings:

Voice name: US English – Joanna
    Neural Text-to-Speech – enabled
    Newscaster style – enabled
    Sample rate – 22050
    Automated breaths – enabled
    SSML support – enabled
    Lexicons – none specified
    Logging – enabled

Let me know if there’s any other info I can provide to help diagnose this issue.

    Thanks!
