    Hi!

    I installed your plugin, it works well but don’t show the text in whatsapp when it’s open. In pluguin configuration I write this text but it doesn’t work. Can You tell me what’s wrong?

  • I’ll need your url to see exactly what’s going on.
    But I need to point a few things:
    – if you’re using shortcode there’s no how to include text.
    – If it’s not working on desktop and the url shows api.whatsapp. Please check our cache instructions in readme file
    This is the most important tip and almost every issue can be solved changing your cache config
    – if you’re using Windows mobile, please don’t ??

    Thanks for the answers. I’m using shortcode… so, is not possible insert a button including this text in the app?

    Unfortunately no, shortcode is like a extra fast possibility to have more whatsapp chat button.

    But i’ll remember this for the next update ok?

    yes it just open whatsapp but dont go into the contact number with a chat message
