Text to Jpg Generator / Plugin

I am looking for a way to create an image from text input by the user. Basically this is what needs to happen.

1. User types text into input.
2. Text is output as an image on the page.
3. User can save image to upload as social media avatar in support of campaign.

Anybody know of a plugin or anyway this can be accomplished?
