Text-tag for text-code editor is missing

Hi,
where is the “text”-tag of the editor? Lost in web-space?

I deactivated “visual” and got rid of the Ulitmate TinyMCE, but the button-area of “text”-version of the editor is still missing.
The code is beautifully colored but no buttons for “link”, “H1” and so on.

My wordpress is 4.0 utd
