Text string with error, not translated

  • Hello,
    you can help?
    I am using WP-coursware for my courses and I want to translate a text string in the certificate for the students into Spanish and it does not respond.
    An error seems to have been generated: before the English, in the original string, there is a part in Spanish with a gray background and I can’t change it, it doesn’t work… the translation is not working in this string.
    What can I do to fix it?
