Text size, delete image, undo not showing

Hello all,

I’m having a bit of a problem, the options: text size, delete image and undo are all invisible in Chrome/Safari/Firefox, but in IE (i’m using 8) it is visible.
I would love to have those options visible on all browsers, since it allows me to get almost all the text on a single page.
