text size and position

    I make slider with the some text and having problem to set it right.
    I looked at the screen selecting and there is option of desktop, tablet and mobile.
    The text look OK on these, but I having problems with laptops.
    How do I set the size for laptops?
    The site has different languages so I think I need to set CSS by language if I going the use custom CSS
