• How come I cant use the textsize small-large-larger settings in IE? Is it a css thing? I can do this in Opera, and Firefox but not in IE? What am I doing wrong / not understanding?

  • Which setting ?
    On what site ?
Is this a WordPress issue ?

As I recall, if the font-size for something is set as px then IE can’t resize it.

I am sorry for the unclear question.
On many sites (including on some WP sites) in IE, I can’t use the setting under View -> Textsize -> smallest, smaller, medium, large, larger.
I can increase textsize with Opera and Firefox as I said.
I have seen this on some sites using em and % to define text-size, so I don’t think it has something to do with px (although I am not sure!).
This is not an WP issue I believe but an CSS issue. WP uses CSS so that’s why I’m asking in here.. Sorry if it’s wrong place. Where do I go if this is the wrong place?

Yeah, that’s probably it. IMHO, all text (where possible) should be sized by percentage in CSS to give IE users the flexibility to make it larger or smaller depending upon their resolutions (and eyesight).
