Text preview span visible in various clients

    I believe this plugin is adding a preview of the email content in a <span> that’s set to display:none and visibility:hidden at the top of the email, above the header logo. Unfortunately, that span is visible in some versions of Windows Outlook, as well as the help desk software we’re using (Help Scout). Is there any way to disable it?

    Hello Ken,

    one option would be to create a custom template, which you can find in the “advanced” options tab of our plugin. Then remove the line from the template:

    <span style="display:none; visibility:hidden; font-size: 1px !important;">###pre-header###</span>

    Also, the text becomes visible when the mail is forwarded or the e-mail is being replied to. So in your support system, it will be visible.
