Text plus the hamburger

    Some of the older users are not able to discern that the hamburger is a menu. Can we do a ‘Menu’ name beside the hamburger? to help some people?

    All done. Just pushed an update which allows you to choose the position of the dashicon (before or after the menu title).

    Let me know if this works as required.
