Text placeholders for {subject} and {body}

It would be helpful to include text placeholders for {subject} and {body} so that a “Reply to sender” and “Reply to group” could be created, similar to Yahoo Groups footer which I’ve partially replicated in the custom footer code below. This would allow us to append “?subject={subject}&body={body}” to fully format a reply to sender, or reply to group.
