    Hey veedubman,

Sorry for the delay getting back to you, my wife just gave birth to our first baby on Saturday and so I’ve been a little preoccupied!

From the screenshot it looks like the avatar image isn’t being displayed and so the ‘alt’ text is showing and overlapping the author name. The most common reason for this is that the user has an extensions or add-on installed in that particular browser which is blocking the images from loading from Facebook. Perhaps a security plugin or something else. Could you check whether this is the case?

    Many thanks,

    John

First off, huge congratulations. My kids are 7 & 8 now and I still remember their births as if it was yesterday. Got no idea where the years in-between have gone to though!

You were quite right regarding the add-on. Got this back from my user:

Oh no, disaster! Entirely my fault and he’s quite right. I use ‘Ghostery’ which blocks tags and trackers including Facebook.
I should have thought about that.
    Sorry, I’ve wasted your time

Thanks for the input anyway. Now get some rest. You’ll need it! ??

Thanks! I have a beautiful baby girl resting peacefully next to me as I type this ??

Glad to hear that your user was able to find the culprit. No problem at all, I’m always happy to help if you have questions or issues.

No obligation of course, but if you like the plugin and feel like leaving a super-quick review then it’s always hugely appreciated!

I hope you have a good rest of your week.

    John
