Text on Post or Adsense ads all moved position since last WordPress upgrade

Ever since upgrading to the latest wordpress I have noticed that my adsense ads on many of my posts have moved position. I use whydowork Adsense plug in.

I have over 150 posts in my site and on a lot of them the adsense banner I have that is supposed to be in the middle left and was always placed correctly with my text around it, now either covers some of my text or has moved to the right side of the text. Does that mean I have to go into every single post and try and fix it? Has this happened to anybody else?

It is almost as if my text has all moved because when I originally made the posts I double-checked each one to make sure the ad banner came up correctly.
