Text not aligning to images

When I put an image in my topic, all the text starts to right align, as if the image is being floated left. I have tried <p> tags to make it go below the image and even tried hard coding a style into the <p> tag following the image to see if I could get it to clear. Still creeps up the right side of the photo.

If I have several photos, then all the text onthe whole page starts at the top right side of the top photo and goes down.

What the heck is happening here?
