Text missing after upgrade- Time Critical

I just updated WordPress, your plugin and my theme and now my the custom text of my footer is missing. I have backups of the site using Updraft Plus but have no idea where to find the text or the “file” that I could copy to the current version so I stay compliant as the site was approved by compliance and must have the exact footer.
