If you are referring to send a notification email with the information collected by the form, this feature is included with all commercial versions of the plugin (https://cff.dwbooster.com/blog/2018/05/28/sending-notification-emails-with-the-calculated-fields-form-plugin)

However, if you want to send SMS, you will need the “CFF – Twilio” add-on, distributed with the Platinum version of the plugin, and an account in the Twilio Service (https://cff.dwbooster.com/add-ons/twilio)
