Text / Link replacer?

Anyone know of an existing plugin that will replace automatically specified text with a link (like an affiliate link) or other text and includes the ability to specify whether or not you want those links “nofollow” or not?

I’m currently using Link Replacer which is super basic and you can’t specify a phrase to be replaced, it’s just a single word and no other attributes can be added.
