Text Link on my site I did not put there, changes everyday!?

Hi all.

My site https://www.northleedslifegroup.com/ has suddenly started to have text links appear next to the “Contact” button on my home screen.

They seem to change everyday, for example: yesterday it said “Need a quick loan” then linking to a site and today it says “Super Acting Viagra” and links to godaddy domain, Odd.

I have checked all my PHP files and didn’t find anything shady (I dont think) I have informed my hosting service but they are dragging there heals.

I was wondering if anyone could would know how to rectify this or even diagnose what is going on as I am at a loss.
