Text/Label Not Appearing if Form Field is Left Blank

Hi there! This plugin has been wonderful. My only issue is, if the user leaves a field as blank, the entire line doesn’t show up in the PDF… For example:

<strong>Microchip number(s):</strong> [microchip-numbers]

I have this line set up under “PDF Message body” – but if the user doesn’t enter the microchip number, the line doesn’t show. We’d quite like the lebel (Microchip number(s):) to appear on the PDF so that we can add this information later if the user doesn’t have it to hand. Is this possible?
