Text Justify

Hi,
a. i realised that the my text are not justify despite the fact that i did select justify text at my back end.

I tried to change the theme and the text is justify, but when i change to Rambo theme, the text is not justify. I guess it’s some bug? Please do let me know…

b. And is there any suggestion to improve the website speed?

c. Is there any substitude to using tables? I use table for my contact and product display.
