Text is Within Safe Zone While Editing but Outside of Safe Zone When Live

    Some of my Stories contains text that flows off the page. However when editing on my end, the text and all assets are within the safe zone (on all devices.) This has been persisting for at least 2 weeks, and I move the text around while editing but when the live version is visible, the text has not changed.

    Since I do a lot of copy and paste with previous templates, could there be a bug in one of the templates that is causing the text to be outside of the safe zone when live?

  • @adaatude Hi there, thanks for reaching out. To confirm, you are noticing texts are cut off like in this slide, correct? Could you share what you are seeing inside your editor?

    Could you also provide your Site Health information? You can share privately if you prefer.

    Hi Luckyna,

    This issue has not persisted. I went in late last week and duplicated the slides in question and then deleted the old slide. When I did this, the spacing issue was resolved so I believe moving forward it should be resolved.
