Text input area is not boxed in Cart page.

As the title says, I had an add on for someone to input text, and add a cost of 10 Rupiess. whenever I add a product to the cart then the customization cost hasn’t shown in the cart, if I fill in the customization text and click on “buy now” it shows the cost In the cart. so please guide us on how to fix the issue.
