Text in subscription confirmation mail

Hi! When someone subscribes to my newsletter, I receive a mail with the topic “[Name of my Website] Newsletter subscription” and the following text:

first name:
last name:
gender: n
token: ddgw78dwgd
status: C

Is there a way to change the text of this message? I can’t find it, every other text is replacable, so I thought the option had to be somewhere. Thanks for helping!
