Text In Left Sidebar Should Not Be There…

I upgraded to WordPress 2.2 yesterday and when I went back to view my site later, there was text in the left sidebar that should not be there.

https://i181.photobucket.com/albums/x45/mccaugkm/Screenshot_1-2.png)All that should be in that sidebar are the links, no the welcome message at the bottom of the sidebar. I have looked all throughout the dashboard and I cannot find where that came from.
Can anyone help?
