    Hi Sumitsanadhya,

I’m happy to provide you all necessary information. Just specify what should be included in the video that doesn’t visible on screenshots.

    Hello Alexander,

I hope this message finds you well. Thank you for getting back to us promptly.

I’ve taken a closer look at the screenshots, and it appears there might be a bit of confusion. On the admin side, the image is shared within the quiz, while on the user side, it’s shown in the question page’s edit description box.

To provide clearer assistance, would it be possible for you to share a screencast of the process? Specifically, I’d like to see the steps when you input a message in the edit description on the admin side and verify its visibility on the user side.

Your cooperation is greatly appreciated, and I look forward to your response.

    Warm regards,
    Sumit

    Hi Sumit,

I hope it will clarify the issue:

    Hello Alexander,

I hope this message finds you well. The Text/HTML Question Type is designed as a non-graded text area solely for providing information to the user without expecting a response. It allows you to showcase the description but not the title of the question. I’ve attached documents for a more detailed understanding. https://quizandsurveymaster.com/docs/question-types/qsm-text-html/

If you wish to display the title or question, consider using different question types.

Hope this clarifies things for you.

    Kind regards,
    Sumit

    Hello Sumit,

thank you for the opening this secret :)) But what is bad to output title (if it’s not empty) too?

    Hello Alexander,

Thank you for your prompt reply.

Regarding the Text/HTML question type, I wanted to mention that it’s designed to display the description rather than the title of the question.

We value your insights on this matter

    Warm regards,
    Sumit
