The issue has nothign to do with Ad Inserter.

You are inserting elements that are wider than the available template width.
For example, in block 7 you are inserting a 728×90 banner:

You are also using AdSense responsive code which resizes ad blocks to the width determined by the oversized elements listed above.

Make sure the code you are inserting will fit into the available width and then the rest of the content will also fit into the parent container.
