    Hi Guys

The problem that I am having is that the way that I am typing and formatting my text on my about me page isn’t translating over. I want it spaces between certain things, however it’s not allowing it.

    Could someone please give insight?

Of Course! A Screen shot isn’t feasible as it doesn’t cover it in it’s entirety but here is the link to how it looks. I would however love for it to look like this:

My name is Star. I write about what I am. And I hope to share what I love. I hope to give you laughs, advice, reviews, friendship and love. I also expect the same from you. I want us to be open with each other. I want us to care about one another. I want us journey together through whatever is being offered. I want us to fail only so that we can succeed.

I am 25 years old and currently have one year left until I receive my Bachelor’s Degree in Communications. I probably should have finished my degree 3 years ago but truthfully, I just didn’t know what I wanted. In that time, I was going to school on and off. More like every other semester. I spent my time gaining experience by traveling the world and working. The places that I visited were:

    Puerto Rico
    Canada
    Barbados
    Mexico
    The U.S Virgin Islands
    Belize
    Germany
    England
    France
    St. Kitts
    St. Lucia
    St. Martin
    The Netherlands

There may have been a cruise or two included in the list but hey it still counts! I eventually settled in a job working as an Account Manager for an awesome local Billing Company. The pay was great. And while the working atmosphere was saintlike, I slowly became disenchanted. During this time I did PR and Communications intern work for a Professional Indoor Football League and it completely opened my eyes to what I wanted from life. It was the magical touch that I needed.

When I was in school I had changed my mind from what I wanted to be at least 10 times. Seriously. I hadn’t a clue. I was completely befuddled. It took me actually taking a break, traveling and the internship to finally see. I realized that what I needed was experience. And once I had it, I began to understand how cruel it is for students to make life choices in what they have no experience including not too much real experience in life itself. Now that I have a path laid out of myself and a better idea of who I am and what I want and what I like, I’ve decided to share a bit of my taste with you.

“Good friends, good books and a sleepy conscience: this is the ideal life.”
    ~Mark Twain

Being a lover of books, movies and music and full of opinions, I’ve searched the internet high and low for information about what good books to read, or book quotes, personal movie reviews from non professional critics and just basically a good place to get good everyday information. I couldn’t find anything that I felt a direct connection to so I decided to just do it myself. I think have pretty good taste in these sorts of things, all things considered, and I hope to bring the value of it to you.

My opinion isn’t always accepted or right or flows well the general consensus but I will be truthful and honest. I may ruffle a few feathers and if you don’t agree- Let me know it! I’d love to talk about and consider different a different perspective. After all isn’t that how we grow? Just be polite and honest back but please just don’t-

Which is how I formatted it to be on my dashboard. It’s a lot more organized in the fact that it has spaces and breaks which are not translating over onto my page.

Web code doesn’t work the same way desktop apps do – so what you see on the website isn’t generally the same as what you see on the visual editor. The format of the page is mostly controlled by the CSS of your theme.

But there are some plugins that can be helpful and make it more like you probably want – see if this one is helpful:
