Text Format in Portrait Mode on Mobile Device

Hi All,

When you view the text for one of my website’s page https://www.nrcocp.com/icms-2-0 in portrait mode using an iPhone 5c, the hr is not aligned under the feature words (e.g. if you look at the section titled “A Complete Solution” the red hr line is above the words “Streamline Operations,” the green hr line is above the words “Manage Data,” etc). These lines should appear below these words – the same way they appear when you view the page in landscape mode.

Is there any CSS that can be used to fix this problem?
