Text Format Buttons and Uploading

Just switched my site over from B2 to WP and I like it all except for one thing. On the page used to compose entries on B2 there were buttons on the screen that put in formatting tags for stuff like bold and italics. Also a button that you could use to generate the code for links and another for uploading photos and pasting a link directly in to your post. They were incredibly convenient and I’m wondering if there is a hack or plug in for WP so I can get these back. Anyone know?
