Text for “out of stock”, “backorder”

    Interested to use this handy plugin.

    However I notice no consideration for out-of-stock product – default is “Read More”
    This plugin displays “Add to cart” for an out-of-stock item.

    And was wondering about out-of-stock product in the case of being available for back-order? – default is “Add to Cart” – for both “allow” & “allow but notify” back-order status.
    So you might want “available on backorder” for the “allow but notify”
    And “Add to Cart” or whatever for “allow” without notify.

  • I think you might be able to do this without a plugin.

    When I export products there is a field ‘Button Text’ where I assume (haven’t tried) it would add custom Button text for each product.

    OK but I don’t want custom text per product. I am suggesting there needs to be different text based on the in-stock status, which changes over time.
