Text filter plugin

Hi,

I’m looking for a plugin or theme which has a text filter feature similar to the one that you can see on these websites: https://socialtech.org.uk or https://visual.ly/get-inspired.

Practically a bar, where users see:

I’m looking for Themes/plugins/whatever which run on wordpress/joomla/whatever

Users should be able to choose between the Themes/plugins etc as a drop-down menu, and then the website sorts results accordingly. (Maybe a portfolio plugin?)

Can be free or paid.
