Text fields work on some products but not on others

I’m using Divi themes and have setup 3 woocommerce products each with its own 2-text box fields. As you can see on the url, one set of fields works great on one product while the other set of fields do not show up on the other 2 products. This page has 3 columns, i experimented with moving the add to cart button to a column by itself and still nothing. But this is on this page only. The actual individual product pages shows the set of fields.
