    Try deactivating all other plugins and switching to the default theme (Twenty Seventeen).

    Hi,

    I tried deactivating all other plugins and still couldn’t type in the text fields. But when I switched the theme to “Twenty Seventeen” – it worked. However, when I switched back to my own theme of “CleanPortfolio” – again the same issue.

    How can we fixed this?
    Kindly advise.

    Hello – First of all, thank you for building and sharing this plugin with us and for all of your support!

    I am having this same issue – however I believe it only happens after adding a reCAPTCHA to the contact form.

    Without reCAPTCHA, I am able to click into the text fields and submit the contact request.

    When reCAPTCHA is added to the form, then I can tab into the inputs using the keyboard – however, I cannot click on them any longer.

    It sounds like this may be related to the theme which is being used. Could you provide some tips about what might be causing this to occur to help me debug the issue? I have a theme I have purchased and would prefer not to change to the default WordPress theme.

    @dereklee12 – you should create your own forum post where people can answer your specific question. It’s not appropriate to take over @rashidazhussain’s thread by answering your question here.

    But when I switched the theme to “Twenty Seventeen” – it worked.

    That means your theme is causing the problem & you should contact your theme provider.

    @buzztone Thanks for your reply. I hope you can understand that I had no intention to take over this thread – I believe that the issue I’m facing is the same one that was already voiced by rashidazhussain. I thought it would be more considerate of me to show that I’ve invested time already investigating this issue and if there was overlap between the two issues then it would help to keep them within the same thread.

    @dereklee12 understood but it’s definitely better to start a new post – your issue is almost certainly not closely related to this issue.
