• Hello,

    We just realised that the custom fields I added on some of my customer’s product pages are not showing on mobile.

    We added a text field for clients to be able to order a custom scent of their choice.

    I opened the page on an iPhone6 running iOS11.4, both on Safari and Firefox, but the custom field are not shown when I select the Custom version of the products.

    I had a look at plugin settings, but I can’t seem to find anything specific like enabling or disabling custom fields on mobile.

    Any clues?

    Hello, any chance you could have a look at our problem? It’s been about a week and the customer is rightly asking for a solution.

    If there’s any kind of paid or premium support which would allow us to fix the issue as fast as possible we would do it, thanks.
