[text* your-name] & [text* your-subject] look fine.

What is the problem? is it the word “telephone”?

I recommend that you use:
[tel your-tel “123-456-7890”]

Or you can use instal Phone mask plugin and use:

[mask* telefone “(__) ____-____” “(48) 3332-0109”]

Name of plugin phone mask: Contact Form 7 – Phone mask field

Hi, i tried this:

<label> Τηλ?φων?
[tel* your-tel placeholder “Το τηλ?φων? σα? εδ?”] </label>

instead of this:

<label> Τηλ?φων?
[text* your-telephone placeholder “Το τηλ?φων? σα? εδ?”] </label>

but the field boarder is not visible on the front end.
