Here is a data entry of a test fill out of a form:

    mf-listing-fname?Yves
    Nom?Chaput
    Email?c…[email protected]
    Telephone?514XXXXXXX
    Meilleur moment pour vous joindre?Soir,PM,AM
    Text?test5
    Text?test5
    Type de propriété?Terre-bois
    Text?test5
    Text?test5
    Avez-vous une pré-autorisation hypothécaire ??Non
    Text?test5
    Text?test5
    Que désirez-vous louer???Maison

As you can see, all the Text fields are named Text even though I did change the names of the fields in the editor. Even the field Email has retained its default name even though I did change it.
    Here’s an example of a name I use for a field, adresse-de-vente
All Text fields have a specific name, no duplicate names.

As I’m writing this, I realized that for all text fields, I didn’t set a label.
So, as a test, I set a label to those fields and it worked. But I don’t need a label, the placeholder does the trick.
So, I deactivated the labels for the text fields and they retained their title in the data entry.

Well, this might be a hidden bug, if you don’t set a label for each field, the field name don’t show up in the email sent.

This info may be of value to some.

Just to clarify, the other fields in my form, 2 Select fields and two Radio fields, had their label set so they showed up in the date of the email.

That is why I focused mainly on the Text fields on my initial post.

    Dear @ttc1,

Thanks for reaching out to us.

I understand your concern. First, you need to make the input label blank before hiding it. Please check this video – https://d.pr/v/lbjqvj for clarification. After following the instructions, your field name should appear as the label.

??Feel free to let me know if you have any other questions or need clarification.

    Best Regards,
    Reju
