Text Field, Description Box

    As part of our volunteer agreement, there is a Legal Waiver. I typed the legal document into the “Description” box. On screen the application form shows all text in the “Description” box, but when I printed out the emailed application, the whole text containing the legal waiver information is missing.

    If you look at the application on screen all of the descriptive info shows, but doesn’t print out on the emailed doc.

    I’m really new at this. I did go through all of the other support questions & didn’t see anything that applied.

    Descriptions are not part of the submitted data, but rather only printed on the form display.

    Forms work by reading the information input into each input and sending it to the server, which can then be emailed.
