Thanks for providing the template. It was very helpful to track down this problem.

We’ll be corrected this issue in Gravity PDF 4.0.1 (you can follow the status of the fix on GitHub), but in the mean time if you remove this line of your custom PDF template font-family:Arial, sans-serif; it’ll start working again.

Hello, I have a similar problem. When I write polish symbols (ex: ?, ?, ?) on example-template.php (to Gravity PDF) it’s okay but when I created a new file by Gravity Forms this symbols are differet.

The problem solved ?? .. I had unicode UTF-8 in example-template.php but it did not worked. I changed programm with Aedix to Notepad++ and this code is work! ??

Notepad++ I changed the preferences of the program to utf-8.
