Text Editor UX Builder not working

When I click “open text editor” within UX Builder, I am only given a blank white text box, without any text editing options. The only way for us to edit text therefore is through coding.

I have tried clearing my cache and using different browsers (safari and chrome) and the issue remains. This also happens across different computers.

Any thoughts?
