I inserted this tag [text* package readonly class:nd_travel_single_package_cf7_package_id ] into a contact form visible at the link, but the final result is only visible in the Firefox browser, while in Chrome and Safari it is not visible, causing a submission error as it is mandatory.
Where am I going wrong?

Why do you use the readonly option?

I use that parameter so it imports the package ID and doesn’t allow it to be modified. Even removing the readonly doesn’t work. It appears for a moment and then disappears. This only happens with Chrome and Safari.

Try switching to the default theme, deactivating all plugins excluding Contact Form 7, Flamingo, Really Simple CAPTCHA and Yoast SEO, and clearing all cache data.

Why you are advised to deactivate plugins and switch to the default theme.

I solved it by changing the cache plugin, but I’m not satisfied.
