Trying out your free plugin before purchasing the extension. In my test , the text I wrote does not stay within the box, even if I try to put a basic HTML <br> command.
    How can this be fixed.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi there,

It looks like you’ve inserted that Better Click To Tweet Box inside of some <pre> tags. That’s causing the text to overflow, I think.

How are you creating that box on the back end of the site? Is it a shortcode? Are you putting the shortcode inside of anything?

I’m happy to help get to the bottom of this, but from where I sit it looks like you’re not putting the shortcode/block into the page correctly.

It also could be some style rule in the theme.

    Let me know!

I inserted the shortcode into a text box within a row of the page builder (themify Ultra) This is how I have done all the shortcodes, including my own custom plugins, which do obey the responsive rules. Are you using DIV/CSS or something else?

Here’s what I see on my test install (with that page builder installed) and on your site using the inspector:

Got it. That explains everything (awesome way to explain things btw). For clarification, the theme is Themify Ultra. Within the theme is a builder called themify builder. You can also use the builder on other themes.

So what I did, after you showed me, I used the plain text module..and whah-la. Problem fixed. Thank you so much!

would be interested in what tool you are using to record the desktop. I need to do that for some support features I have with the company site.

Great! I use screencast-o-matic for that. Free for up to 15 minute recordings, and lets me pick the part of the screen I want to record.

    Have a great day!

thank you so much. Your find gave me a solution to another minor display issue with my own plugin.
