• Our form works great. Submission of our report is emailed to our organization and appears correct. The issue occurs upon download. We have “text box” for a description of an event that patrollers fill out about their patrol. When we download the PDF for our backup, the box is still there, but all text disappears. Any thoughts? Again, this only occurs on download.

    Hey @ebspweb,

    When you view the Gravity Forms Entry Details page for the associated entry does the event description that’s missing from the PDF show correctly? Or is the text missing on this page as well?

    Could you also let me know what PDF template you are using? Is it one of the Core templates? Or a custom one?

    Jake, it shows appropriately. The PDF that is emailed out shows appropriately as well. It only occurs during a download of the PDF. We are using core templates. I did switch to another core as part of trouble shooting, and appears to be the same issue.

    On the Entry Details page is both a View and Download link for the PDF. Does the problem occur when viewing the PDF both ways? Or is it only an issue when you use the Download link?
