Our latest version is NextGEN Gallery 3.3.17.

Perhaps you can try to adjust our Lightbox Effects and see if that works for you.

Thankyou for your reply, first of all the is a soft adult site. I wanted to send you a screenshot so you can see the problem as one of our websites works but not the other. We have had to install J query for the classic editor and Redux so I can work my admin pages correctly. If I give you access to our admin here

if you login go to categories then the first story the Charity collector the first picture that comes up, (don’t worry these are nice pics) underneath that picture should be some story text,it’s not showing so click on the thumbs icon and then you will see the story text.
