text customization bar disappeared

    when we create a page or post and then the web text editing screen have a onglet to activate the Beaver (the pages builder). Until it no problem, but in my 2 sites after I used for the first time the Beaver page builder to build a page, not anymore use other text customization tools normally found in wordpress. For example, I have no more bar to change the color or font size, etc.

    The only toolbar still appears is the italic, bold, etc.

    Even disabling and deleting your plugin the bars that had not reappeared before, but I can guarantee and state that they disappeared after I made the first page using the Beaver (lite version)

    This has not affected the operation of my site, but the part of edition, as not all need to use the Beaver to create pages or post, however need to use different colors and varying sizes, and now I can no more.

    I have two sites with the same problem. One oh them running on WP 3.8.2 (until sunday and then 4.0.1 too) and the other one already in 4.0.1

    I would buy the plugin, but now I am in doubt because of this problem, and do not know what to do to fix it.

    This link will show one page created with Beaver Buider page and you will see that do not have any kind of different, or colored font, and not varying size.

    Hi Alex,

    There are a few things that could be going on…

    1) Is the “kitchen sink” enabled in the editor? That’s enabled by clicking the keyboard looking button on the far right.

    2) Is the visual editor enabled in your profile?

    Are you not seeing the visual editor at all? Or only some of the buttons?

    I am having a similar problem, but not with my kitchen sink. I used this plug in yesterday, created a beautiful page. I love the plug in. However, today when I went to edit the page I created yesterday, the beaverbuilder isn’t working. When I click the open page builder button, I am taken to my page, but when I mouse over the elements they are just page elements, the page builder options do not show up. When I click the small text link “edit” at the bottom of the page, it takes me back to the wordpress editor.

    I tried creating a new page using the page builder with the same results. When I click the pagebuilder tab on a new page, it takes me to a blank page…

    I am having a similar problem, but not with my kitchen sink.

    I’m glad to hear you were able to create a beautiful page ?? It sounds like there may be a conflict with a third party plugin. Can you try disabling your plugins and turn them on one by one while testing the builder? Let me know if you find which one is causing the issue and I can look into it.

    Hi, hope someone can help me out. I have just installed beaver and activated but unfortunately isn’t showing the option to use beaver on my bar . I tried dractivating , deleting and re-install it . But it still not showing . Thanks

    Hey Candidovalle,

    Thanks for getting in touch! Are you editing a Post or a Page? You can’t use BB on a Post by default, you have to go over to Settings > Page Builder > Post Types and check Posts there to enable it. Is this the case for you?
